Since He hired me as webmaster, I have no time to blog. He or office is not the reason but time is. I think, too long in office at the one side reduces my blogging time. It is too difficult to concentrate when your body and mind is tired. So when I start to blog at night, I feel sleepy after 10 minutes. Worst, I have no idea.
Why I’ve been there? Mortgage Bailout in United States attacked financial institution and then reduce companies’ budget to advertise. But this wasn’t a main reason. I have personal reason why I’ve been there for 6 months.
My Blogs should be updated!
I know well that my blogs must be updated. If Google didn’t read my new post for longer time, maybe Google assumed that my blog has been death and no longer maintenance but in fact, not! I am alive, just because of tired and sleepy, I couldn’t do update. In the past, I hired a partner for helping me with main job is to update my blogs such content and input new products at my blog store.
Most online money makers have real job and they argue that online business is just for part time (moonlight job). My friend managed over 100 domains in the night. How does he spend and arrange his time? He has good job in real and he only does blogging after working at office. I should ask him, how to make it better.
My Phone Cellular and Woman desire blog have no new post since 4 months ago, my stores didn’t update since I started to work at my present job.
Should I focus on blogging or manage my time to play 2 different jobs? Economic theory argued that we can do another job as long as higher payout rather than opportunity cost you suffered. The constraints are fix working hours and your physical capability.

One year ago, my friend invited me to be his partner in blogging. I was blind blogger because I didn’t know anything about blogging activity. He tried to explain me why he invites me. Basically, blogging activity likes diary activity; you write your live, your activity or even your knowledge to let people know what behind you.

From diary book to online diary – that is blogging mindset.

So where is the money?
Blog means online diary and also means online store (with opinion and experience as products). When people love to read your blog, then you will get appreciated with page rank and traffic measurement. When people love to read and stay to look forward to read your blog, advertisers see your blog as potential marketing to promote their product and services. Marketing does it, to find blog with high visitor and high quality to place their banner and information in your blog.

From there, you can arrange your blog as blog marketing while you still continue to post your opinion, your knowledge, your experience and news. It is real. Today trend is company enters online business to sell, to introduce their product and to distribute their product through internet.
Online diary (read: blogging) implies two advantages, first your opinion can be read by millions people and the second is get paid as advertisers decide to use your blog to promote and to introduce their product and service through your blog.

It is depend on you, to combine your online diary as commercial or not!

While we spend six days in office or other business activities, we need extra times to actualize our hobby. As a man, I love Ultimate Fighting. My neighbors even my mom loves to. Every night, we waiting the UFC TV show, live or recorded. This is truly men sports. Mom loves to because she appreciates to dare male, challenger men and sporty men. Mom knows about the UFC because she watched Scorpion King and the guest star came from UFC. She very interests with his body, perhaps her husband (my parent) has the same body, stronger and gentle.
UFC is gentlemen sport, to build our adrenaline, sport our heart like sitting beside naughty bus driver in our city. UFC is still in their topic if they are together, they support their idol while others critique based on their opinion.

I know they only spent their time with useless time and talking. They have limited audience to know their opinion, debate and critique. Every day their do when time is available for them. I wish to bring them to online Ultimate Fighting Championship Community, excellent place for UFC maniac, fans and for any who interest with the men-sport.
In MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), you do post your own opinion about your fans, idol and opinion about UFC. Deeper, MMA is not only focus on UFC Community but widely the site is Sport Community for anybody who interesting to share their opinion, debate and critique related to sport she/he loves.

I have already been member there in MMA and I know exactly how it works. If you want to upgrade your writing style, debate and opinion, you can start from share your UFC hobby. Because of Hobby is came from our heart, it is easier to share, critique about things we love. In MMA UFC Community, once you post your opinion or anything related to UFC, your article will publish there after approval from the administrator. Once published, all people will see your opinion, and if your opinion is consider as excellent article, your rank gets higher and higher.

What topics we should post? You are allowed to post any opinions, create open-debate and critique to others opinion that you have different opinion. Share your opinion about your UFC hobby in internet and let million internet users see and let they know your name.

Till today, Metropolis Opinion has been writing many articles about macro economic to metropolis people. Macro Economics is good indicator for our daily life. Example if we know forecast and actual interest rate in the future, maybe we can plan our business well.Many Lectures said that Macro Economic doesn’t landing to our daily activities; I mean macro economic talks too unreal and abstract. We want something real in our life; example how to plan and run a small business. How we plan our financial, manage a business ECT.

By those reason, Metropolis Opinion will talk about micro economics, about our daily life. What we need and what real and useful information for us to use it.

I have no best idea for my metropolis opinion but one thing; I mean send and share information about what metropolis people needed. Metropolis People need information about best and cheap products, world trend, information about job, business, sharing opinion, community, vacation, weekend and more. Maybe education and school are available also in metropolis opinion.

I have seen in one of Blogcatalog discussion; talked about Baking soda. From all discussion, only baking soda topic that got highest replayed. Metropolises People need something funny, relax, and smart discussion after a busy week in office.

I don’t know where to start my stupid opinion about my friend. He is my best friend, so I must write careful and respectful so he doesn’t angry to me.
The story came from four months ago. Here is the story.
When I contacted my friends through Yahoo Messenger, He asked about my job and what are my daily job and activities. He surprised with my internet connection. He thought I am rich now.
I told him that I did my new job, Online Marketing (he amazed) I did with my websites. He laughed me much and said that, are you playing Google Adsense? I showed him my websites so he could look for better, where is my core online marketing business.
Where is your Google Adsense? He confused because all of my websites have no Google Adsense and others click programs. Where is your Adsense, Jacky? He started to get a serious answer.

(I forget; previously he said that if I enter your websites and click those click programs, you get the money and I don’t.)
My friend has short brain, I think. He just know that click programs are where somebody click the ads, you get money. The philosophy is not simple like he thought. They get paid because afford to give those information there. Information about everything.
Because of my friend’s mind; I think many people outside also thought the same as my friends. They might be thinking that Click Programs is only I got money if someone click the ads. Read more »

We have good news from my Uncle Sam, America. Time lag had been working for 1 month, when LA Times sent me good news that Interest rate cutting by FED has show his magic. I think worldwide economic will be impacted and reaction to better condition. LA Times told on the report that credit problem return go nice.
What does it mean? When fall into Bad Credit, Number of dollar to payback their credit has arisen, now, people have ability to payback because of lower interest rate.

Understanding people must know that correlation between interest and ability to payback their credit or loan. Lower interest rate, makes people turn to invest their money or create a job. Lower interest rate also makes dollar to payback will lower than before.

When American economic goes better, oil price will meet new equilibrium, lower than before and my prediction, oil price will turn down and down, maybe stop and stabile around $ 90-100 USD per barrel.
While Uncle Sam Economic goes healthy, banks and loan company treasure and stock will be appreciated on stock market. Dollar is also appreciated in exchange market.
New equilibrium doesn’t mean that the price and dollar in exchange market will meet to previous equilibrium. New equilibrium will lower than the highest but upper than before equilibrium.
I do sure; oil price will turn significantly in recent days. Let us see our prediction.
