I was a stupid speculator. Stupid Speculation means I can’t do accurate analysis, perhaps the graph shows the trend and I follow it. I just want to find junk dollar from the surplus on big investors. When the trend shows down, I followed it. It’s hard to sharp your analysis because you are just only a micro speculation.

Learn, how much money Investor got when they won?

Here is a simple illustration. I take the picture from my virtual live desk on Marketiva.

I like GBP/JPY because the fluctuating is higher than others. So I can save my time. Profit or Loss! Just that, other currencies like EURO/Dollar is slow moving fluctuating.

I bit GBP/JPY at 204.16 levels in March 13th with $ 10 USD. Each point I get $0.10 USD. You can see if a speculator bids around $ 100 USD, She/he get $1.00 USD. In many cases, if huge speculator bid around $100.000 USD, he get $1.000 USD in every point.

How do Japanese do when Surplus Condition on International Trade
To continue my previous post ‘Floating Exchange Rate, Currency up and down, let us see how Japanese do to stabilize their money supply when surplus on international trade?
When surplus happened, that money didn’t entered to Japan, but let it outside as (foreign exchange) devise.

So what they do with their surplus?
Have you ever heard that Japanese become prime lender? Japan replaces the surplus to foreign investment, donor to poor countries, Move to World Bank, IMF as creditor country. Yeah! They do that. So we have to thank Japan that Japan becomes donor country. They avoid Internal Money Supply with aid (low interest rate donor) to third countries. An economic theory; why currencies up and down, fluctuate
Before I go on, let make sense with an assumption, the currency must floating exchange rate (no official exchange rate) so a simple illustration will works well.
Imagine there are two currencies, Yen Japan and Dollar (USD). Another assumption is no speculation motive.

For example, when Japan have surplus on trade against America, Yen will appreciate because they hold more Dollar. So more dollar in Japan implicate more money supply otherwise American lost their Dollar, so we can say less dollar in America–money supply will decrease. Dollar begins cheaper on Japanese. Today Metro TV news ‘Market Review’ said that lowering USD against Yen Japan to 96.88 in this morning caused the oil price up to 111 USD per barrel. Fantastic Investor! Investors do in the right place. They won much. They become richer and richer. The reporter also said that while Yen Japan appreciation against USD, some of Asia Stock is down around 1 to 2.5 percent. Fantastic! Investors gain and won many dollars.
The chief of OPEC said that raise upper 111 USD per barrel is not caused by oil supply but caused by the lowering of USD against some currencies include Yen Japan, Euro, GBP and other currencies from big countries.

What did Investors do to us? They make us suffer. They make us pay more for one liter oil. Investors only think about how to take more profit but they think about their profit will suffer others.
As poor countries which have net oil import, increasing of oil price make their government must rearrange their budget, their plan and their subsidies.

Investors do right action. We need profit because of speculation, but speculation on oil price is stupid action. Anyone knows that oil become limited and very sensitive with price. The lowering of USD not only causes the increasing oil price but disturb all market, stock market and real market. Businessmen also suffer by the investors taking profit action. They make the businessmen credit on Dollar will higher.

Lastly, we can see in this week the movement and the fluctuating of Dollar. America must do something. I know that government intervention on market is not allowed but if there is no intervention, it means government suffers millions people and consumers because all price based on oil and commodities price increase and we have lost our ability to pay because real money down significantly.

In my opinion, Hello Investor, please stay down and hold your money. How much money that you want? You have been rich. Just stay and put on hold your money. Let oil price down.

I remember my grand dad story. In the past, they just become farmers, fisher, gold mine, traditional trader (barter method) to survival. It is a simple to survival. No formal education needed. All people in the past did. Adam and Eva also did. Land feed them. An Indonesian idiom said ‘More children–more Money (more fortune). Children helped their fathers as farmer too. So as we see, when more labors (children), more output was created.

The story is only story and behaves in the past and not now. Today, if you have no formal education, no skill; you don’t dream to get best life. To survive without education isn’t good in the present day, more over you will be kick out from the system. No education means no money. Full Article »

Sales and Marketing Approach

LOCATION of your store
How many visitors (potential buyers) and buyers if your build a real store?
Building a store or a business (goods and services) in a district or a small town means your potential buyers and real buyers equal with sum of the population. More specific is people who have ability to pay. Beside them, your buyers are the people who visit your town (temporary citizen). You can get those buyers if you have popular store and best location. All products and services you sell must be accorded with their needs, according to their income
Online Business, Online Store and website
To increase your sales, many stores go to online store. The case also happen to Business (provide goods and services), they also goes to online business. The tool is simple, A website.

Internet is a god’s mercy. Through internet, you can get more visitors and buyers. So if real store and business your visitors and buyers are equal to the sum of population where your store is, otherwise online store means your store and business will be knowing millions people in the world and the main part of its goal is your buyers will higher. Imagine if the sum of world population is 5 millions, you can set, who is your target consumers.

Website
In online business, Website means Store. A good website (store or business) must or have to meet those criterions. Like real store/business, in marketing theory; there are four tools to build a good store and business, PLACE/LOCATION, PRICE, PACKAGE, PRODUCT.
So how to build your best website using the four criterion on marketing approach (marketing theory)

Place/Location
In online business/online store, best place/location means your domain name. Let us see more deeply. In online business, how do people know your business? Good search engine and familiar name will help you to promote your store.
Actually; your store based is also effecting is. Let see later in price and package definition.

Product and Price
Product and Price could be explained in one step because the two tools are complicate and affect each others. The basic approach said that to increase your sales, you have best product (services) with lower (cheap price). Both real and online store you have many competitors in the same products.
More about your products. You have known well that your products must easily to move. If your products is bedding, your base is in England and a buyer came from Indonesia. It is too difficult to deliver or send the bedding to Indonesia. The shipping price is too expensive, otherwise if your products us jewelry, too easy to sent the jewelry to buyer.

Package
In my opinion, package means your store design. Buyers in most reason, happy to stay longer, shopping in your store is your store design is unique and easy to use.
You have to use best or familiar E Commerce software (called Shopping cart software). You can get it easily because many providers in internet provide it. A good Shopping cart include Easy to browsing, familiar and not complicate, secure website, easy and secure with payments process and support with many payment methods.

The last one is how to build your store bigger is traffic. Traffic means Search Engine and Advertising. Actually Traffic is the most important how to increase your sales in online store. Imagine a bad store with high traffic and a good store without (lower) traffic. You got nothing. Online advertising is best tool, beside that; you must hire a smart staff in search engine.
